Refund and Returns Policy

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do provide an exchange policy to address any issues you may have with your purchase. Eligibility for Exchange

  1. Time Frame: All exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we will not be able to process any exchanges.
  2. Condition of Products: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items that have been used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for exchange.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to process an exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are not eligible for exchange, including but not limited to:

  • Products with explicit hygiene concerns (e.g., earphones, wearable devices)
  • Items that have been personalized or customized
  • Products sold as part of a clearance or final sale

Exchange Process

  1. Initiate the Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@zrmobilehub.com within the specified time frame. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed. If the exchange is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and details on where to send the product.
  3. Shipping the Product: You are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely. Please include the return authorization number in the package.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If the product is deemed ineligible for exchange, we will notify you and return the product to you.
  5. Processing the Exchange: If the product is approved for exchange, we will process the new product shipment within 7 working days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for the new product.

Additional Information

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the product back to us. If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, you may choose a different product of equal value or wait until the product becomes available.
  • Warranty: Exchanging a product does not reset or extend the warranty period. The original warranty period remains in effect from the original date of purchase.
